CONTEXT
In my visit to the city of Oaxaca after the earthquake, I found a place heavily affected. I found a singular case, a totally broken primary school that fortunately did not collapse. It was striking that the 2 parallel and identical classroom buildings had failed in the same way, but nevertheless, one had important concrete reinforcements in the walls and the other did not! I think then that the force with which the earthquake hits at some points is so extraordinary that there is no structure that can resist. The important thing in any case is that the structures do not collapse and allow people to get out.
